Chairman Lent called the meeting to order at 1:14 PM.
ADOPT AGENDA
Trustee Brian Hillman made a motion to adopt the agenda as presented. Trustee Deidre Warden provided the second.
Motion carried 5 ayes, 0 nays.
WORK SESSION
a.Idaho School Board Association Presentation Planning
The Board, with Superintendent Boland and Margaret Wimborne, met to continue planning the presentation
that board members are giving at the Annual Conference of the Idaho School Board Association on November
14-16, 2012 in Boise. It was proposed that the board meet again to work on the presentation. Debbie will send a
nd
calendar invitation for a time on Friday, November 2.
Trustee Deidre Warden moved to adjourn. Trustee Brian Hillman provided the second.
Meeting adjourned at 3:15 PM.
