Chairman Lent called the meeting to order at 10:14 AM.
ADOPT AGENDA
Trustee Deidre Warden made a motion to adopt the agenda as presented. Trustee Brian Hillman provided the second.
Motion carried 5 ayes, 0 nays.
WORK SESSION
a.Idaho School Board Association Presentation Planning
The Board, with Superintendent Boland and Margaret Wimborne, met to continue planning the presentation
board members will be giving at the Annual Conference of the Idaho School Board Association on November 14-
16, 2012 in Boise. Chairman Lent proposed another meeting to work on the presentation. Debbie will send a
th
calendar invitation for a time on Friday, October 19.
Trustee Deidre Warden moved to adjourn. Trustee Lisa Burtenshaw provided the second.
Meeting adjourned at 12:10 PM.
