Chairman Lent called the meeting to order at 12:15 PM.
ADOPT AGENDA
Trustee Deidre Warden made a motion to adopt the agenda as presented. Trustee Larry Haws provided the second.
Motion carried 5 ayes, 0 nays.
WORK SESSION
a.Idaho School Board Association Presentation Planning
The Board, with Superintendent Boland and Margaret Wimborne, met to continue planning the presentation
that board members are giving at the Annual Conference of the Idaho School Board Association on November
14-16, 2012 in Boise. It was proposed that the board meet again to finalize the presentation. Debbie will send a
th
calendar invitation for a time on Friday, November 9.
Trustee Lisa Burtenshaw moved to adjourn. Trustee Deidre Warden provided the second.
Meeting adjourned at 2:06 PM.
