Chairman Lent called the meeting to order at 12:06 PM.
ADOPT AGENDA
Trustee Brian Hillman made a motion to adopt the agenda as presented. Trustee Larry Haws provided the second.
Motion carried 4 ayes, 0 nays (Trustee Burtenshaw arrived shortly afterwards.)
WORK SESSION
a.Idaho School Board Association Presentation Planning
The Board, with Superintendent Boland and Margaret Wimborne, met to finalize their presentation for the Idaho
School Board Association’s Annual Conference in Boise on November 14-16, 2012.
Trustee Brian Hillman moved to adjourn. Trustee Lisa Burtenshaw provided the second.
Meeting adjourned at 1:30 PM.
