Board members joined the administration for lunch prior to their meeting with Paul Curtis from New Tech
Network.
Chairperson Lisa Burtenshaw called the meeting to order at 1:00 p.m. and asked for a motion to adopt the
agenda. Trustee Lent made a motion to adopt the agenda as presented. Trustee Zollinger provided the
second. Motion carried 3 ayes, 0 nays.
The Board of Trustees met with Superintendent Boland and Paul to discuss from the Board’s perspective
on the three domains of district redesign and defining the graduate. Board members rejoined
administrators for the culminating activities of the 2013 Opening Principals’ Meeting, facilitated by Jude
Garnier and Paul Curtis from New Tech Network, which concluded at 4:30 PM.
