Chairperson Lisa Burtenshaw called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m. and asked for a motion to adopt the
agenda.
Trustee Warden made a motion to adopt the agenda as presented. Trustee Lent provided the second.
Motion carried 4 ayes, 0 nays.
DISCUSSION - DISTRICT GOALS 2013-14
The Board of Trustees, Superintendent Boland and Margaret Wimborne, Coordinator of Communications &
Community Engagement, met to review and discuss district goals for the 2013-2014 school year.
ACTION ITEM
a.Approve/Reject Idaho School Board Association Resolution Regarding Discretionary Funding
Trustee Lent made a motion to approve the Idaho School Board Association’s Resolution regarding
discretionary funding. Trustee Zollinger provided the second. A discussion was held. Motion
carried 4 ayes, 0 nays.
Trustee Warden made a motion to adjourn. Trustee Zollinger provided the second. Meeting adjourned at
4:00 p.m.
