Chairperson Lisa Burtenshaw called the meeting to order at 12:06 PM.
Trustee Haws made a motion to go into Executive Session. Trustee Lent provided the second. A roll call vote was
taken:
Lisa Burtenshaw - yes
Dave Lent – yes
Larry Haws – yes
Bryan Zollinger - yes
EXECUTIVE SESSION
The Board of Trustees met in Executive Session pursuant to Idaho Code §67-2345 (1) (b) regarding a student
hearing.
Trustee Lent made a motion to return to Open Session. Trustee Zollinger provided the second. Motion carried
4 ayes, 0 nays.
ACTION ITEM
a.Student 2013-2014A
Trustee Haws made a motion to allow Student 2013-2014A to remain at Emerson Alternative High School
with a contract developed by the school administration. Trustee Zollinger provided the second. Motion
carried 4 ayes, 0 nays.
Trustee Haws made a motion to adjourn. Trustee Zollinger provided the second. Meeting adjourned at 12:35 PM.
