Chairperson Lisa Burtenshaw called the meeting to order at 11:35 AM.
Trustee Haws made a motion to go into Executive Session. Trustee Zollinger provided the second. A roll call vote
was taken:
Lisa Burtenshaw - yes
Dave Lent – yes
Larry Haws – yes
Bryan Zollinger - yes
EXECUTIVE SESSION
The Board of Trustees met in Executive Session pursuant to Idaho Code §67-2345 (1) (b) for a student hearing and
a personnel issue.
Trustee Zollinger made a motion to return to Open Session. Trustee Haws provided the second. Motion carried
4 ayes, 0 nays.
ACTION ITEM
a.Student 2013-2014B
Trustee Lent made a motion to accept the recommendation of the administration to expel Student 2013-
2014B. Trustee Zollinger provided the second. A discussion was held regarding the length of the
expulsion.

Trustee Lent made a motion to amend the motion to expel Student 2013-2014B for the remainder of this
school year with the opportunity for the student to petition for re-admittance for the 2014-2015 school
year. Trustee Zollinger provided the second. Motion carried 4 ayes, 0 nays.
b.Employee 2013-2014H
Trustee Haws made a motion to accept the resignation of Employee 2013-2014H. Trustee Lent provided
the second. Motion carried 4 ayes, 0 nays.
Trustee Zollinger made a motion to adjourn. Trustee Haws provided the second. Meeting adjourned at 12:09 PM.
