Special Board Meeting
May 31, 2001-12:00 P.M. NOON
ACTION ITEM
Adopt Resolution for Refinancing of General Obligation Bonds
Assistant Superintendent Ken Schow reviewed the General Obligation Refunding of
Bonds, Series 2001 and noted that this action will result in a net savings to District
taxpayers of $482,580.83 over the average life of this bond issue. Idaho Falls School
District No. 91 has received an A-1 rating by Moody's Investor Service.
It was moved by Ernest Jensen and seconded by Jerry Wixom to approve two (2)
documents provided by the bond counsel (copies retained as part of this public record)
relating to the General Obligation School Refunding Bonds, Series 2001. Motion passed.
ADJOURNMENT
It was moved by Jerry Wixom and seconded by Sharon Parry to adjourn the special
meeting of the Board of Trustees. Time: 12:20 P.M. Motion passed.
