Special Board Meeting Minutes

OPENING CEREMONIES
Chairman Alan Reed led the Pledge of Allegiance.
Trustee Ernest Jensen was excused.
ADOPTION OF THE AGENDA
It was moved by Jerry Wixom and seconded by Robert Collette to adopt the agenda as
written. Motion passed.
INFORMATION/DISCUSSION ITEMS
District Equipment Policy - 310.2 - 2°d Reading: All responses to this new policy have
been positive. The policy will be presented at the May 22 Board meeting for a third
reading and action by the Board of Trustees.
ACTION ITEMS
Unofficial Canvass of the Zone IV Trustee Election: It was moved by Sharon Parry and
seconded by Jerry Wixom to accept the unofficial results of the Trustee election far Zane
IV as follows: Motion passed.
