Board Meeting Minutes
June 13, 2000
.Executive Session
11:15 A.M. -The Board met in Executive Session to review Negotiations, 567-23450 and
Personnel, 567-2345(b), IDAHO CODE.
Pledge of Allegiance
Superintendent Dale Manning led the Pledge of Allegiance.
ADOPTION OF THE AGENDA
1t was moved by Ernest Jensen and seconded by Sharon Parry to adopt the agenda with one deletion.
Action Item `A' was dropped from the agenda. Motion passed.
CONSENT AGENDA
Tt was moved by Jerry Wixom and seconded by Sharon Farry to approve the Consent Agenda which
included the Following items: Motion passed.

REPORTS
Assistant Superintendent Jahn Murdoch gave a report of staffing preparations for the 20002001
school year.
Superintendent Manning gave ayear-end report of the 1999-2000 school year. IVIr. Manning
commended the Board and patrons for their support of the district and the students.
INFORMATION/DISCUSSION ITEMS
Classified Handbook- 2"d Reading: It was recommended by Superintendent Manning to move the
Classified Handbook to the third reading which will be held June 27, 2000. No comments regarding
the changes to the Handbook have been recorded.
ADJOURNMENT
It was moved by Jerry Wixom and seconded by Sharon Parry to adjourn the meeting. Time: 12:15
P.M. Motion passed.
