NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
QUORUM OF BOARD IN ATTENDANCE AT ISBA ANNUAL CONVENTION
As there will be a quorum of the Board of Trustees in attendance at the Idaho School Board Association’s
Annual Convention Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Board will be present and in attendance
at such event.

The Board is planning to meet on Thursday, November 12, 2015, from 5:30 – 7:00 p.m.
for discussion only. No Business of the Board is scheduled or will be occurring.
This Notice fulfills the Idaho State Code requirements for public meeting notices.
A copy of the event agenda has been posted herewith.
