SPECIAL BOARD MEETING

Board Chair Mary Ann Smith called the meeting to order.
Pledge of Allegiance was led by Mary Ann Smith.
WORK SESSION
1.Board Interviewed Richard O’Quinn for the board of trustee seat being vacated by Mary Ann Smith. At the
conclusion of the interview, the board discussed the candidates.
2.Deidre Warden motioned to go into executive session. Mary Ann Smith seconded the motion. The board was
polled and all agreed to go into executive session.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
PERSONNEL, SECTION S67-2345 (B) (F), IDAHO CODE
1.Mary Ann Smith motioned to go into open session. Deidre Warden seconded the motion. The motion
passed.
2.The board narrowed the list of candidates to two – Lisa Burtenshaw and Steve Cannon. A second round of
interviews was scheduled for Friday, July 10, at 10 am and 10:20 am.
3.David Lent motioned to adjourn, Deidre Warden seconded the motion. Motion passed. Meeting adjourned.
