Board Chair, David Lent called the meeting to order.
Jerry Wixom moved to enter Executive Session. Lisa Burtenshaw seconded the motion. A roll call vote was taken:
David Lent – Aye, Jerry Wixom – Aye, Lisa Burtenshaw – Aye. (Deidre Warden had not yet arrived.)
Motion carried.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
a.Section 67-2345 (B), IDAHO CODE
Jerry Wixom moved to return to Open Session. Lisa Burtenshaw seconded the motion. Motion carried.
Lisa Burtenshaw moved to reinstate student 2009-2010D at Skyline High School pending final legal action. Deidre Warden
seconded the motion. Four aye votes. Motion carried.
Jerry Wixom moved to adjourn. Lisa Burtenshaw seconded the motion. Four aye votes. Meeting adjourned.
