Also in attendance was David Lent, incoming board member.
Chairman Jerry Wixom called the board meeting to order.
The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Craig Ashton.
ADOPTION OF THE AGENDA
Ernest Jensen moved and Tracie Miller seconded the motion to adopt the agenda as written.
Motion passed.
WORK SESSION
Renae Sessler, Associate Executive Director of the Idaho School Boards Association, gave an in
depth orientation workshop for the board. Her agenda included:

Jerry Wixom thanked Ms. Sessler for her informative training session. Tracie Miller moved and
Ernest Jensen seconded the motion to move to Executive Session. Motion passed.
Mary Ann Smith moved and Ernest Jensen seconded the motion to move to open session. Motion
passed.
Tracie Miller moved and Mary Ann Smith seconded the motion to adjourn. Motion passed.
