BOARD OF TRUSTEES -- SPECIAL BOARD MEETING
DISTRICT OFFICE BOARD ROOM – 6:00 P.M.

Present from the Board of Trustees: Present from the Administration:
Lisa Burtenshaw, Chairman George Boland, Superintendent
Deidre Warden, Vice Chair (via telephone) Carrie Smith, Director of HR & Finance
Dave Lent, Trustee Bobbi Finlayson, PTE Coordinator
Larry Haws, Treasurer Debbie Wilkie, Recording
Bryan Zollinger, Clerk
Chairman Burtenshaw called the meeting to order.
ADOPT AGENDA
Trustee Zollinger made a motion to adopt the agenda. Trustee Haws provided the second. Motion carried
5 ayes, 0 nays.
Chairman Burtenshaw called for a motion to go into Executive Session at 6:00 pm. Trustee Lent made a
motion to go into Executive Session pursuant to Idaho Code §74-206 (1) (b) Personnel and (c) Property.
Trustee Zollinger provided the second. A roll call vote was taken:
Lisa Burtenshaw – yes
Dave Lent – yes
Larry Haws – yes
Bryan Zollinger – yes
Deidre Warden - yes
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Superintendent Boland, Carrie Smith, Bobbi Finlayson and the Board of Trustees met in Executive Session
regarding a property matter. Superintendent Boland and the Board of Trustees excused Carrie and Bobbi
and continued in Executive Session regarding personnel issues.
Trustee Zollinger made a motion to return to Open Session at 7:21 PM. Trustee Haws provided the second.
Motion carried 5 ayes, 0 nays.
Trustee Haws made a motion to adjourn. Trustee Warden provided the second. The meeting adjourned at
7:21 pm.
