Chairman Burtenshaw called the meeting to order at 1:10 PM. Trustee Lent made a motion to amend the agenda to
remove Item II. Executive Session regarding Negotiations was not needed. Trustee Haws provided the second.
Motion carried 5 ayes, 0 nays. Trustee Warden made a motion to adopt the agenda as amended. Trustee Haws
provided the second. Motion carried 5 ayes, 0 nays.
DISCUSSIONS
I.Strategic Planning and Budget Discussion
The Board of Trustees, Superintendent Boland and Margaret Wimborne met and discussed the
following items:

Idaho Reading Indicator (IRI) Assessment
2016 Scores & Update for July or August board meeting report

Next meeting: Wednesday, May 25 Work Session @ Noon, a new meeting date was proposed for Tuesday, May 24

at 7:00 P.M., this will be added as an action item on the May 11 agenda.
Trustee Zollinger made a motion to adjourn. Trustee Haws provided the second. The meeting adjourned at 5:30 PM.
