Chairman Burtenshaw called the meeting to order at 12:02 PM.
ADOPT AGENDA
Trustee Lent made a motion to adopt the agenda as presented. Trustee Haws provided the second. Motion carried 4
ayes 0 nays.
Chairman Burtenshaw called for a motion to go into Executive Session. Trustee Lent made a motion to enter into
Executive Session. Trustee Zollinger provided the second. A roll call vote was taken:
Lisa Burtenshaw – yes
Dave Lent – yes
Larry Haws – yes
Bryan Zollinger – yes
Deidre Warden – N/A (Trustee Warden joined the conversation via telephone after roll call was taken)
EXECUTIVE SESSION
a.Candidate 2015-2016A Contract Offer
Superintendent Boland, Carrie Smith and the Board of Trustees met in Executive Session, pursuant to Idaho
Code §74-206 (1) (b) Personnel regarding the contract offer for Candidate 2015-2016A.

Trustee Lent made a motion to return to Open Session at 12:09 p.m. Trustee Zollinger provided the second.
Motion carried 5 ayes, 0 nays.
ACTION ITEM
a.Candidate 2015-2016A Contract Offer
Trustee Warden made a motion to revoke the contract offer to Candidate 2015-2016A as recommended.
Trustee Lent provided the second. No further discussion. Motion carried 5 ayes, 0 nays.
Trustee Warden made a motion to adjourn. Trustee Haws provided the second. No further discussion. Meeting
adjourned at 12:10 PM.
The next regularly scheduled meeting will be the Annual Board Reorganization Meeting held on Wednesday, July 13,
2016 at 7:00 p.m. in the district office board room.
