Chairman Lisa Burtenshaw called the meeting to order at 4:44 p.m. Trustee Haws made a motion to
adopt the agenda as presented. Trustee Lent provided the second. Motion carried 4 ayes, 0 nays.
DISCUSSIONS
Facilities - Scott Straubhar, Hummel Architects
a.
Scott Straubhar shared information regarding repurposing the current Idaho Falls High School
facility and related cost projections. A discussion was held.
b.Bond Scenarios – Eric Heringer, Financial Consultant, Piper Jaffray
Eric Heringer shared a presentation regarding possible bond options. A discussion was held.
Trustee Zollinger made a motion to adjourn. Trustee Haws provided the second. The meeting adjourned
at 5:22 PM.
