QUORUM OF BOARD IN ATTENDANCE AT ISBA DAY ON THE HILL
As there will be a quorum of the Board of Trustees in attendance at the Idaho School Board Association’s Annual
Day on the Hill in Boise Idaho, Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Board will be present and in attendance
at such event.
