QUORUM OF BOARD IN ATTENDANCE AT
THE ANNUAL EDUCATION AND RETIREMENT CELEBRATION
As there may be a quorum of the Board of Trustees in attendance at the Annual Education and Retirement
Celebration, Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Board may be present and in attendance at such event.
Date: Thursday, May 18, 2017
Location: Colonial Theater

Idaho Falls, ID
Time: 6:00 p.m. Social Hour
7:00 p.m. Program
No business of the Board is scheduled or will be occurring.
No meeting of the Board will be held. Accordingly, no minutes will be taken.
This Notice fulfills the Idaho State Code requirements for public meeting notices.
