Chairman Warden called the meeting to order at 11:31 A.M.
ADOPT AGENDA
Trustee Burtenshaw made a motion to adopt the agenda as presented. Trustee Haws provided the second. Motion carried
4 ayes, 0 nays. Chairman Warden then called for a motion to go into Executive Session. Trustee Haws made a motion to
go into Executive Session pursuant to Idaho Code, Section 74-206 (1) (b) Personnel. Trustee Burtenshaw provided the
second. Roll call:
Deidre Warden – yes
Lisa Burtenshaw – yes
Dave Lent – yes
Larry Haws – yes
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Superintendent Boland and the Board of Trustees met in Executive Session regarding the following items:
a. Employee 2018-2019A – Release from Contract Request
b. Employee 2018-2019B – Release from Contract Request
Trustee Burtenshaw made a motion to return to Open Session at 11:36 A.M. Trustee Lent provided the second. Motion
carried 4 ayes, 0 nays.
ACTION ITEM
a. Employee 2018-2019A – Release from Contract Request
Trustee Burtenshaw made a motion to approve Employee 2018-2019A be released from contract. Trustee Lent
provided the second. Motion carried 4 ayes, 0 nays.
b. Employee 2018-2019B – Release from Contract Request
Trustee Burtenshaw made a motion to approve Employee 2017-2018B be released from contract. Trustee Lent
provided the second. Motion carried 4 ayes, 0 nays.
Trustee Haws made a motion to adjourn. Trustee Lent provided the second. The meeting adjourned at 11:37 AM.
