Chairman Warden called the meeting to order at 4:30 P.M.
ADOPT AGENDA
Trustee Burtenshaw made a motion to adopt the agenda as presented. Trustee Wilson provided the second. Motion
carried 5 ayes, 0 nays.
Chairman Warden called for a motion to go into Executive Session. Trustee Wilson made a motion to go into Executive
Session pursuant to Idaho Code, Section 74-206 (1) (b) Personnel. Trustee Burtenshaw provided the second. Roll call:
Deidre Warden – yes
Larry Wilson – yes
Lisa Burtenshaw – yes
Dave Lent – yes
Larry Haws – yes
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Superintendent Boland and the Board of Trustees met in Executive Session regarding the following item:
a. Employee 2018-2019C – Release from Contract Request
Trustee Burtenshaw made a motion to return to Open Session at 4:33 P.M. Trustee Haws provided the second. Motion
carried 5 ayes, 0 nays.
ACTION ITEM
a. Employee 2018-2019C – Release from Contract Request
Trustee Wilson made a motion to approve Employee 2018-2019C be released from contract. Trustee Burtenshaw
provided the second. Motion carried 5 ayes, 0 nays.
Trustee Haws made a motion to adjourn. Trustee Burtenshaw provided the second. The meeting adjourned at 4:34 PM.
