Present from the Board of Trustees: Present from the Administration:
Deidre Warden, Board Chair George Boland, Superintendent
Larry Wilson, Vice Chair Carrie Smith, Director of HR & Finance
Lara Hill, Clerk
Larry Haws, Treasurer
Dave Lent, Trustee
Chairman Warden called the meeting to order at 11:13 AM., per Idaho Code, §74-204 (2) Special Meeting.
ADOPT AGENDA
Trustee Haws made a motion to adopt the agenda. Trustee Hill provided the second. Motion carried 5 ayes, 0 nays.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Chairman Warden asked for a motion to go into Executive Session at 11:14 AM. Trustee Wilson made a motion to go
into Executive Session pursuant to Idaho Code, Section 74-206 (1)(b) Personnel, (c) Property. Trustee Haws provided the
second. Roll call was taken:
Deidre Warden – yes
Larry Wilson – yes
Dave Lent – yes
Lara Hill – yes
Larry Haws – yes
Superintendent Boland and the Board of Trustees met in Executive Session regarding the following items:
a. Employee 2018-2019H – Release from Contract
b. Property Acquisition
Trustee Hill made a motion to return to Open Session at 11:20 AM. Trustee Wilson provided the second. Motion carried
5 ayes, 0 nays.
ACTION ITEM
a. Employee 2018-2019H
Trustee Hill made a motion to release Employee 2018-2019H from contract as requested. Trustee Lent
provided the second. Motion carried 5 ayes, 0 nays.
Chairman Warden called for a motion to adjourn. Trustee Wilson made a motion to adjourn. Trustee Hill provided the
second. The meeting adjourned at 11:23 AM.
