BOARD OF TRUSTEES -- SPECIAL BOARD MEETING

Chairman Lent called the meeting to order at 7:10 p.m.
Trustee Burtenshaw made a motion adopt the agenda as presented. Trustee Haws provided the second.
Motion carried 5 ayes, 0 nays.
ACTION ITEM:
I.Negotiated Contract Ratification
Superintendent Boland led a discussion regarding ratification of the Tentative Agreement between
the teacher’s organization and the Board of Trustees. Board members had a chance to review the
agreement when it was emailed to them earlier in the week. A discussion was held.
Trustee Warden made a motion to accept the Negotiated Contract as submitted. Trustee Haws
provided the second. Motion carried 5 ayes, 0 nays.
Trustee Haws made a motion to adjourn. Trustee Burtenshaw provided the second. Meeting adjourned at
7:17 p.m.
