Bryan Zollinger, Trustee
Chairman Lisa Burtenshaw called the meeting to order at 6:08 PM. Trustee Warden made a motion to go into Executive
Session pursuant to Idaho Code, Section 67-2345 (1) (b) personnel. Trustee Haws provided the second. A roll call vote
was taken:
Lisa Burtenshaw – yes
Dave Lent - yes
Deidre Warden – yes
Larry Haws – yes
Bryan Zollinger – yes
EXECUTIVE SESSION
The Board of Trustees and Superintendent Boland met in Executive Session pursuant to Idaho Code, Section 67-2345
(1) (b) regarding a personnel issue.
Trustee Warden made a motion to return to Open Session at 8:00 PM. Trustee Haws provided the second. Motion
carried 5 ayes, 0 nays.
Trustee Zollinger made a motion to adjourn. Trustee Lent provided the second. Meeting adjourned at 8:00 PM.
