SECTION 1100 – CHARTER SCHOOLS
1101.0 - Beliefs
The Board of Trustees believes that public school programs should be designed to fit the
needs of individual students; and that parents and educators have a right and
responsibility to participate in the schools which serve them. The State of Idaho has
authorized charter schools as one avenue for parents, teachers, and community members
to provide for the education of children within the public school system.
1102.0 - Legal Responsibilities
Idaho Falls School District #91 will comply with State Legislative statutes and State
Board of Education rules that apply to Charter Schools.
