OPENING CEREMONIES
The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Superintendent John Murdoch.
ADOPTION OF THE AGENDA
Jerry Shively moved and Jared Fuhriman seconded the motion to adopt the agenda as written.
Motion passed.
Budget Updates
Superintendent Murdoch discussed the budget history over the last ten years, and the loss of $2
million in prior years.
Guy Wangsgard distributed budget information and discussed the present budget in detail, as well
as the budgets for 2005-06 and 2006-07.
The budget will be presented to the Board of Trustees at the June 14 Board Meeting and
published in the Post Register as directed by Idaho Code.
Guy Wangsgard distributed information regarding the SPFF expense cash flow estimates. The
SPFF budget shows a no -deficit budget.
Elementary Music Program
Dr. Murdoch reported that music specialists will maintain their current schedule and classified
aids will assist, providing elementary students with a full year of music.
A board member training session was set for Monday, June 13, at 12:00 noon at the District
Office boardroom. Lunch will be provided.
Jerry Wixom moved and Sharon Parry seconded the motion to adjourn. Motion passed.
