Dave Lent, Board Chair, called the meeting to order at 5:30 pm.
WORK SESSION
The Board of Trustees convened to participate in a teleconference with State Superintendent Tom Luna regarding
the "Students Come First" initiative. Trustees from throughout the state were invited to join the question and
answer session to help them get clarification regarding the proposed initiative.
Superintendent Luna scheduled a second teleconference with trustees for Tuesday, February 1, 2011 at 4:00 pm to
review the bills and explain their intent to help provide understanding.
Jerry Wixom moved to adjourn. Ernest Jensen seconded. Meeting adjourned at 6:52 pm.
