Deidre Warden moved to open the meeting. Lisa Burtenshaw seconded. Motion carried.
WORK SESSION'
a. Prepare NSBA Presentation
Dave Lent, Deidre Warden and Lisa Burtenshaw met to discuss and plan a presentation for the board work
session scheduled on Thursday, April 28, 2011. Senator Dean Mortimer joined the meeting to learn more
about the presentation; he's not able to attend on the 281"
Lisa Burtenshaw moved to adjourn. Deidre Warden seconded. Meeting adjourned.
