Deidre Warden, Board Clerk, called the meeting to order at 6:30 PM.
Lisa Burtenshaw moved to accept the agenda as presented. Ernest Jensen seconded. Motion carried.
ACTION ITEM
a. Negotiated Contract Ratification
Superintendent Boland reviewed the provisions offered on behalf of the District 91 Board of Trustees, and
later ratified by members of Idaho Falls Education Association, for the 2011-2012 school year. The
Superintendent stated most of the lead provisions remained as they previously existed. Changes were
made to those items set for more than a one year period to be in compliance with the new statute
language recently passed in the legislature.
After a brief discussion, Lisa Burtenshaw moved to accept the negotiated contract as presented and to
extend the applicable provisions to classified and administrative staff. Ernest Jensen seconded. Motion
carried.
Ernest Jensen moved to adjourn. Lisa Burtenshaw seconded. Meeting adjourned at 6:52 PM.
