Dave Lent, Board Chair, opened the meeting at 12:05 PM.
George Boland, Superintendent

Lisa Burtenshaw made a motion to accept the agenda as presented. Jerry Wixom seconded. Motion carried.
The Board of Trustees met in a special work session to review Board Policy Section 100, vision or mission, and to
create an agenda for a meeting scheduled on Wednesday, June 8, 2011 with the district office administration and
building principals. A discussion was held regarding the economic downturn over the past few years and the
significant changes to education that came out of the past legislative session. Dave Lent stated we need to address
the changes the district is currently facing and collectively come up with plan of how to transition to them.
Jerry Wixom moved to adjourn. Ernest Jensen seconded. Meeting adjourned at 1:40 PM.
