The federal government does things for everyone in the country people in only one part of the country people only in your city 9. landmark You can see more than one landmark in Washington, D.C. Which of these might be a landmark? a building a car or truck a picture 10. legislate The lawmakers will legislate to build schools. When lawmakers legislate, they work very hard ask for help make laws 11. memorial The mayor built a memorial in the center of town.
