Presenters were not connected, moved to action items and then came back to presentation. Presentation started at 4:15

A. AGC Presentation
AGC presentation was given by Sean Schupack, Idaho Associated General Contractors, and Bryce Parker, Beniton Construction
Company, Inc., which is attached in board agenda. Board discussed any clarification or questions they had with presenters.
Mike Clements, CEO of Bateman-Hall provided input.

Superintendent recommends approval for the Separation Agreement for Employee 2022-2023 N. Trustee Haccke makes a
motion to table the Separation Agreement for Employee 2022-2023 N to be addressed in the July 19th meeting.

EXECUTIVE SESSION
At 5:16 PM Chairwoman Radcliffe called for a motion to go into Executive Session. Trustee Wilson made a motion to go into
Executive Session pursuant to Idaho Code §74-206 (1) (b) Personnel. Trustee Cogliati provided the second.
