At 11:30 AM Chairwoman Radcliffe called for a motion to go into Executive Session. Trustee Wilson made a motion to go into
Executive Session pursuant to Idaho Code §74-206 (1)(a)(b)Personnel. Trustee Cogliati provided the second.
