Special meeting called to order at 11:00 AM by Chairwoman Hillary Radcliffe.
ADOPT AGENDA
Chairwoman Radcliffe requested a motion to adopt the agenda. Trustee Wilson made a motion to adopt the agenda.

EXECUTIVE SESSION
At 11:00 AM Chairwoman Radcliffe called for a motion to go into Executive Session. Trustee Wilson made a motion to go into
Executive Session pursuant to Idaho Code §74-206 (1)(b) Personnel. Trustee Haacke provided the second.
A roll call vote was taken:

Jeremy Westwood - aye
Board of Trustees met in Executive Session to discuss personnel matters. Executive Session concluded at 11:50 AM.
ACTION ITEMS
A. Approval for Legal Counsel
Chairwoman Radcliffe called for a motion for the approval for legal counsel. Trustee Westwood made a motion, In light of the
Bonneville County prosecutor's move to prosecute or persecute Supt. Shank and Communications Director Margaret
Wimborne for their role in sharing basic, factual information about the 2022 Bond Election, and in light of the fact these
employees did nothing wrong but work in service of the Board of Trustees, Idaho Fall School District 91, and D91's students,
parents and patrons. I move we approve legal counsel to defend Dr. Shank and Ms. Wimborne in this matter.
Motion by Jeremy Westwood, second by Paul Haacke. Final Resolution: Motion Carried Voting Aye: Elizabeth Cogliati, Hillary
