ADOPT AGENDA
Chairwoman Radcliffe requested a motion to adopt the agenda. Trustee Wilson made a motion to adopt the agenda.

At 5:31 PM Chairwoman Radcliffe called for a motion to go into Executive Session. Trustee Wilson made a motion to go into
Executive Session pursuant to Idaho Code §74-206 (1)(a) Personnel. Trustee Cogliati provided the second.
