Work Session called to order at 4:30 PM by Chairwoman Hillary Radcliffe.
ADOPT AGENDA
Chairwoman Hillary Radcliffe requested a motion to adopt the agenda. Trustee Westwood made a motion to adopt the agenda.

EXECUTIVE SESSION
At 4:31 PM Chairwoman Radcliffe called for a motion to go into Executive Session. Trustee Wilson made a motion to go into
Executive Session pursuant to Idaho Code §74-206 (1) (b) Personnel. Trustee Westwood provided the second.
A roll call vote was taken:

Paul Haacke – aye
Jeremy Westwood - aye
Board of Trustees met in Executive Session to discuss personnel matters and conduct Superintendent interviews. Executive
Session concluded at 10:18 PM.

A. Superintendent Finalists
Chairwoman Radcliffe opens with thanking all the candidates and the interview committee. She states the Board had a great
pool of qualified candidates. Trustee Haacke thanks the committee, which was made of a patron from each zone, a district
representative, and the IFEA president. The Board discussed being thankful for all the support of the committee and the great
interview process with the candidates.
Trustee Haacke makes a motion to offer Karla La Orange the Superintendent position.

Trustee Wilson makes a motion to authorize legal counsel to extend an offer, which include salary and benefits.
