Special meeting called to order at 8:00 AM by Chairwoman Hillary Radcliffe.
ADOPT AGENDA
Chairwoman Radcliffe requested a motion to adopt the agenda. Trustee Cogliati made a motion to adopt the agenda.

EXECUTIVE SESSION
At 8:02 AM Chairwoman Radcliffe called for a motion to go into Executive Session. Trustee Haacke made a motion to go into
Executive Session pursuant to Idaho Code §74-206 (1) (b) Personnel and Student. Trustee Cogliati provided the second.
