Special meeting called to order at 1:30 PM by Chairwoman Hillary Radcliffe.
ADOPT AGENDA
Chairwoman Hillary Radcliffe requested a motion to adopt the agenda. Trustee Ricks made a motion to adopt the agenda.

EXECUTIVE SESSION
At 1:32 PM Chairwoman Radcliffe called for a motion to go into Executive Session. Trustee Wilson made a motion to go into
Executive Session pursuant to IDAHO CODE §74-206 (1)(b)personnel (f )legal counsel. Trustee Ricks provided the second.
A roll call vote was taken:

Paul Haacke – not present to vote

Larry Wilson - aye
Board of Trustees met in Executive Session to discuss Personnel and Legal Counsel. Executive Session concluded at 2:58 PM.
