At 9:31 AM Chairwoman Radcliffe called for a motion to go into Executive Session. Trustee Wilson made a motion to go into
Executive Session pursuant to IDAHO CODE §74-206 (1)(b) Personnel (j)Negotiations. Trustee Westwood provided the
second.
