Special meeting called to order at 7:20 PM by Chairwoman Hillary Radcliffe.
ADOPT AGENDA
Chairwoman Radcliffe requested a motion to adopt the agenda. Trustee Haacke made a motion to adopt the agenda.

EXECUTIVE SESSION
At 7:20 PM Chairwoman Radcliffe called for a motion to go into Executive Session. Trustee Westwood made a motion to go
into Executive Session pursuant to IDAHO CODE 74-206 (1)(b)Student. Trustee Wilson provided the second.
