Special meeting called to order at 11:30 AM by Chairwoman Hillary Radcliffe.
ADOPT AGENDA

At 11:30 AM Chairwoman Radcliffe called for a motion to go into Executive Session. Trustee Coglati made a motion to go into
Executive Session pursuant to IDAHO CODE 74-206 (1)(b) Personnel(f )Litigation. Trustee Westwood provided the second.
