Special Board Meeting called to order at 7:00 PM by Chairwoman Hillary Radcliffe.
ADOPT AGENDA
Chairwoman Hillary Radcliffe requested a motion to adopt the agenda. Trustee Ricks made a motion to adopt the agenda.

EXECUTIVE SESSION
At 7:00 PM Chairwoman Radcliffe called for a motion to go into Executive Session. Trustee Ricks made a motion to go into
Executive Session [IDAHO CODE §74-206 (1)(b) Personnel (j) Negotiations]. Trustee Westwood provided the second.

Board of Trustees met in Executive Session to discuss personnel and negotiation matters. Executive Session concluded at 8:26

B. 2025-2026 Negotiated Master Contract Ratification
Chairwoman Hillary Radcliffe states the 2025-2026 Negotiated Master Contract Ratification was not ratified by the IFEA, she asks
if there is a motion regarding the 2025-2026 Negotiated Master Contract.
No motion is made, the action dies for lack of a motion.
