NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
QUORUM OF BOARD MAY BE IN ATTENDANCE
As there may be a quorum of the Board of Trustees in attendance for Board of
Trustee Candidate Elections Meet and Greet. Notice is hereby given that a majority
of the Board may be present or in attendance at such events.
Date: October 13, 2023
Location: Idaho Falls Public Library
Time: 6:00 PM
No Business of the Board is scheduled or will be occurring . No Meeting of the
Board will be held. Accordingly, no minutes will be taken. This Notice fulfills the
Idaho State Code requirements for public meeting notices.
