NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
QUORUM OF BOARD MAY BE IN ATTENDANCE
As there may be a quorum of the Board of Trustees in attendance for Board of
Trustee Candidate Elections Bid. Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Board
may be present or in attendance at such events.
Date: November 4, 2023
Location: Broadway Bridge, Downtown, Idaho Falls
Time: 10:00 AM
No Business of the Board is scheduled or will be occurring . No Meeting of the
Board will be held. Accordingly, no minutes will be taken. This Notice fulfills the
Idaho State Code requirements for public meeting notices.
