As there may be a quorum of the Board of Trustees in attendance at the Board of
Trustees Listening Sessions Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Board
may be present or in attendance at such events.
Date: February 12, 2025
Location: Idaho Falls School District Office
Time: 3:30 – 5:30 PM and 7-9 PM
No Business of the Board is scheduled or will be occurring . No Meeting of the
Board will be held. Accordingly, no minutes will be taken. This Notice fulfills the
Idaho State Code requirements for public meeting notices.
