NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
QUORUM OF BOARD MAY BE IN ATTENDANCE
As there may be a quorum of the Board of Trustees in attendance at the Tiger Athletic Complex (TAC)
Groundbreaking. Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Board may be present or in attendance at
such events.

Location: Tiger Athletic Complex
49th Street, West of the Idaho Canal
Idaho Falls, Idaho
(Between Holmes and Woodruff)
Time: 1:00 PM
No Business of the Board is scheduled or will be occurring. No Meeting of the Board will be held.
Accordingly, no minutes will be taken. This Notice fulfills the Idaho State Code requirements for public
meeting notices.
