NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
QUORUM OF BOARD MAY BE IN ATTENDANCE
As there may be a quorum of the Board of Trustees in attendance at the State
Quarterfinals Skyline High School Football Game. Notice is hereby given that a
majority of the Board may be present or in attendance at such events.
Date: October 28, 2022
Location: Holt Arena, Pocatello, ID
Time: 8:15 PM
No Business of the Board is scheduled or will be occurring. No Meeting of the
Board will be held. Accordingly, no minutes will be taken. This Notice fulfills the
Idaho State Code requirements for public meeting notices.
