and written communication skills.Strong organizational skills.Experiences in most or all the following is preferred:General knowledge of business department procedures & practices.Skyward
Financial Management SoftwarePowerSchool Student Information System AdministrationIdaho System for Educational Excellence (ISEE.) data generation and submission.Federal Civil Rights
Data Collection (CRDC) data generation and submission.Data Analysis/Visualization Tools such as Power BI and SQL Server Reporting ServicesHTML, CSS, XMLDatabase administration best practicesCompliance
data analysisVarious application software: MS Office, etc.Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.REPORTS TO: Director of TechnologyJOB
GOALS:To support the delivery of School District 91’s written, taught, tested, and reported curriculum and contribute to maximizing student achievement.To facilitate the administration,
data gathering, and submission of the district’s compliance data. To provide training and support to school staff regarding compliance data requirements.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Communicate
with Idaho State or Federal personnel, district staff, and other applicable stakeholders for purposes of collecting, correcting, and facilitating compliance data submissions.Provide
support regarding compliance data, best practices, and student information systems, whether by telephone, e-mail, in-person, and/or screen sharing (e.g. WebEx).Perform routine file management
tasks, including transferring, loading, archiving, and converting data for purposes of managing, maintaining, and securing ISEE.data.Facilitate completion of state and federal compliance
data submissions, identify/resolve problems with applicable stakeholders (i.e.. Technology, Business, or HR personnel) and report progress to supervisor.Leverage analytics/reporting
tools, PowerSchool & Skywardqueries, and/or exports to respond to inquiries and requests for data.Organize and prepare district specific ISEE. documentation, procedural documentation,
and operations instructions for purposes of promoting efficient and correct utilization and submission of data.Generate and upload data for purposes of meeting compliance reporting requirements.Attend
local, regional, state, or national meetings as assigned for the purpose of conveying and/or gathering information required to perform functions.Read, interpret, and apply technical
information for purposes of facilitating compliance data submissions.Assist other personnel in the completion of their work activities specific to compliance data, and student information
systems as needed.Support district staffwith compliance data related questions or issues.Understand and troubleshoot GPAs, honor roll, and other student ranking systems.Gain proficiency
in the district’sstudent information software systems and support school staff in their use as needed,including, but not limited to: PowerSchool SIS, PowerTeacher, PowerTeacher Pro,
and Schoology.Coordinates all work with the district’s IT, HR, and Business department staff.Knows and supports district’s policies regarding technology integration,compliance datato
provide unified and effective support for data management practices.Maintains the highest standards of ethical behavior, confidentiality, honesty, and integrity.Has regular and predictable
attendance.OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Performs all other duties as assigned.TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:This position is scheduled for 8 hours per day, 244 days per year. Benefits will
be in accordance with approved Board policy. Wages will be in accordance with the Classified Salary Schedule as a Grade 13-15 ($23.04 - $27.65/hr.) DOE.This is an “at will” position
in that the employer or employee may terminate employment at any time or for any reason consistent with applicable state or federal law. The “employment at will” policy cannot be changed
verbally or in writing, unless the change is specifically authorized in writing and expressly approved by the Board of Trustees of District 91.EVALUATION:Performance of this position
will be evaluated annually in accordance with provisions of the Board’s policy on the evaluation of classified personnel.
